Recurring-payment consent

Version 2026-09-16.2, dated September 16, 2026.

By confirming consent at checkout, the user authorizes Prodamus to make recurring charges for the amount and interval disclosed by the selected plan. Payment credentials are entered and retained by the payment provider; SiteGuard does not receive the card number, expiry date, or CVV/CVC.

The recurring amount is fixed in Russian rubles. An equivalent displayed in another currency is indicative; the user's bank applies its own exchange rate and any conversion fee to each charge.

Before the first payment, the user sees the price, billing period, entitlements, and grace period. Prodamus may make a limited number of retries after a failed charge. SiteGuard displays the failure and retains paid access only through the paid period or the explicitly disclosed grace period.

A request to disable automatic renewal can be submitted in the SiteGuard dashboard. It is queued, and the dashboard separately shows whether Prodamus has confirmed deactivation; SiteGuard retries temporary failures. Future charges stop after provider confirmation, while the current paid period is not shortened and cancellation is not itself a refund request. A new checkout may be required to subscribe again.
