SiteGuard public offer
Version 2026-09-16.3, dated September 16, 2026.
The service provider is Individual Entrepreneur Igor Evgenievich Saraev, Russian taxpayer number 745322853944. Contact: directolog.i@yandex.ru.
1. Service
SiteGuard provides website-availability monitoring, check history, incidents, and notifications. The selected plan shown at checkout defines the included features, quotas, check interval, period, and price.
Where a plan includes form monitoring, SiteGuard runs an isolated browser scenario with synthetic values configured by the user. The user must install and maintain the published SDK in the real form handler so email, CRM, payment, webhook, and other external side effects are suppressed. No test proceeds without a cryptographically acknowledged preflight.
CRON/heartbeat monitoring observes signed pings and does not run a task on the user's server. IP restriction generates configuration text for the user or administrator to review and apply. SiteGuard does not promise automatic changes to Nginx, Apache, DNS, or hosting without a separate agent and explicitly granted access.
Until an independent security review is approved, Password Vault stores metadata only and rejects real secrets. Hosting-support work is performed by a human only under a ticket, approved time-limited access, and the published procedure; recording an operation does not execute it automatically.
2. Contract and payment
The user accepts this offer explicitly before continuing to the hosted Prodamus checkout. A contract is formed only after SiteGuard receives a signed successful-payment notification from the provider. A browser return or success page is not proof of payment.
Plan prices and recurring charges are settled in Russian rubles. Any other currency shown on a localized page is an indicative conversion calculated with the disclosed reference rate. The user's bank determines the actual account-currency amount, exchange rate, and any conversion fee.
3. Subscription and renewal
For recurring plans, the amount and interval are disclosed before payment and renewal requires separate consent. A request to disable renewal is queued in the dashboard and is complete after Prodamus confirms it; SiteGuard retries temporary cancellation failures. Paid access continues through the current period. Temporary payment failures may trigger provider retries and the plan's disclosed grace period, after which paid entitlements end.
4. Acceptable use
Users may monitor only domains they are entitled to test, must not target internal addresses or evade plan and security controls, and must protect their account. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed where interruptions arise from networks, monitored resources, third-party providers, or maintenance.
Real personal data, passwords, payment details, and other production secrets must not be used as test values. The user is responsible for a correct handler integration whose test branch performs no external side effects.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and support
A future-renewal cancellation request can be submitted in the dashboard and remains visibly pending until the payment provider confirms it. Refund and service-quality requests are sent to the contact email and assessed under the delivered service and mandatory applicable law. SiteGuard displays known payment metadata; fiscal receipts may be delivered separately by the payment provider.
6. Data and revisions
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Material terms of an already paid period are not changed retrospectively. A new version applies to later purchases or renewals after publication, and the version accepted by the user is recorded.
